The Dining Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of the dining room - serving all customers including residents, guests, and family members. Always providing a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere. Train and support new and current wait staff in accordance with job duties. Creates a strong sense of team work and cooperation among all staff while providing a great dining experience for our residents. Prefer 3 years in upscale restaurant setting or previous experience in healthcare setting.
40 hours weekly – 10:30am-7:00pm with an every other weekend rotation.
Full benefits with 15% weekend differential.
